1. Purpose and Scope
These Workspace and Admin Terms apply when a person creates, claims, manages, administers, moderates, publishes for, receives access to, or acts through a Qannects workspace, organization page, mosque page, business profile, creator channel, payment/admin surface, TV/display surface, Watch channel, or similar entity-operated surface.
Workspace authority is a trust and responsibility. Qannects expects owners, admins, editors, finance users, moderators, operators, platform admins, and support operators to use entrusted access truthfully, carefully, and only for authorized purposes.
These Terms work with the Qannects Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Islamic Principles and Values, Community Standards, Safety and Child Protection Policy, Data Rights and Delete Account Policy, Copyright Policy, Take It Down Policy, payment rules, messaging notices, Watch rules, and feature-specific terms.
2. Workspace Authority Model
A workspace represents operating authority for an organization, mosque, business, creator channel, page, or similar entity. A human account or principal receives authority through workspace membership, role assignment, invitation, claim, migration, platform review, or another approved access path.
Workspace roles may include owner, admin, editor, finance, moderator, viewer, member, or similar role keys. Capabilities may control access to publishing, moderation, events, appeals, donations, fundraising, services, volunteers, courses, blogs, payment tools, analytics, member management, messaging, channels, Store preview features, page posting, profile editing, and other features.
Having access to a workspace does not mean you personally own all data, funds, content, followers, donors, messages, payment records, or other records connected to that workspace.
3. Owner and Admin Responsibility
Workspace owners and admins are responsible for:
- Keeping account credentials secure.
- Inviting only authorized people.
- Assigning roles and permissions carefully.
- Removing access when someone leaves, changes role, or no longer needs access.
- Keeping organization, mosque, business, creator, event, janazah, donation, and public page information accurate.
- Reviewing published content before posting where appropriate.
- Using donation, payment, finance, and receipt tools truthfully.
- Protecting donor, user, family, child, safety, payment, and private information.
- Following Qannects policies and applicable law.
Do not share admin credentials, sell workspace access, create fake admins, impersonate an organization, hide who controls a workspace, or use workspace authority for fraud, harassment, retaliation, exploitation, misleading fundraising, sectarian abuse, or personal misuse.
4. Claims, Invitations, and Access Review
Qannects may support workspace claims, invitations, role assignments, access requests, legacy admin migration, and platform-admin review.
Qannects may approve, reject, pause, revoke, suspend, or request more information for a workspace claim, invitation, membership, role assignment, access request, or ownership dispute.
Qannects may ask for proof of identity, organization authority, mosque authority, business authority, payment authority, employment, board or committee authorization, or other relevant documentation.
Qannects does not guarantee immediate approval, automatic ownership transfer, or resolution in favor of the requester.
5. Published Content and Public Surfaces
Workspace operators are responsible for content they publish or manage, including organization profiles, mosque profiles, announcements, events, appeals, donation pages, janazah notices, Watch videos, live streams, thumbnails, comments, TV/display content, broadcasts, messages, services, volunteer content, blogs, courses, and public page information.
Published workspace content must be truthful, lawful, respectful, and consistent with Qannects' Islamic principles and values and Community Standards.
Do not use workspace content to mislead donors, shame families, publish private information, exploit religious trust, harass users, misstate organization authority, promote prohibited content, or violate intellectual property rights.
6. Donations, Payments, and Finance Access
Donation, payment, finance, Stripe, Terminal, QuickPay, receipt, statement, and fundraising access carries heightened responsibility.
Organizations and authorized operators are responsible for truthful appeals, proper use of funds, donor communications, receipts, tax treatment, zakat treatment, charitable compliance, refunds, disputes, and internal controls for their own activities.
Qannects may provide platform or payment tools, but Qannects does not provide tax, zakat, financial, accounting, legal, or religious advice.
Do not use workspace payment tools for unauthorized charges, fake donations, deceptive appeals, money laundering, stolen payment methods, chargeback abuse, misleading receipts, or personal use of entrusted funds.
7. Messaging and Support Contexts
Workspace messaging, support, commerce, internal, or admin conversations may be visible to authorized workspace operators depending on the conversation type and product behavior.
Do not promise users that a workspace-visible or support conversation has the same privacy model as a private direct message.
Messaging reports, support requests, safety concerns, legal requests, and admin escalations may preserve relevant content or metadata as described in the Privacy Policy and messaging notices.
8. Admin Logs, Audit, and Review
Administrative actions may be logged, reviewed, retained, restricted, or escalated for security, compliance, audit, legal, payment, safety, fraud-prevention, abuse-prevention, support, and accountability purposes.
Logs may include role changes, membership changes, invites, content actions, payment/finance actions, workspace switches, security events, report handling, Watch actions, platform-admin actions, legal request handling, and other administrative activity where product systems support it.
9. Qannects Operator Access
Qannects platform admins, support operators, legal reviewers, safety reviewers, payment reviewers, and authorized technical operators may access, review, restrict, preserve, or change workspace records when needed for support, security, legal compliance, safety, abuse prevention, payment integrity, product operations, migration, debugging, or enforcement.
Qannects operator access should be limited to legitimate operational purposes, appropriate role boundaries, audit expectations, and escalation needs.
10. Ownership Disputes and Transfers
Workspace ownership, mosque authority, organization authority, business authority, creator-channel authority, payment authority, and admin rights can be disputed.
Qannects may keep current access in place, restrict disputed access, request documentation, require additional verification, suspend changes, transfer control, reject a claim, or direct parties to resolve the dispute outside Qannects.
Qannects is not a court, religious authority, corporate registry, charity regulator, or substitute for legal advice.
Ownership transfer, workspace succession, dissolve, and account-deletion impact rules require additional policy and operational review before Qannects makes stronger public promises.
11. Account Deletion and Workspace Access
Deleting a personal account may not automatically delete a workspace, organization page, mosque page, creator channel, donation flow, Watch content, payment record, admin log, public page, event, janazah notice, or content controlled by another admin or organization.
If an account scheduled for deletion is the only owner or critical admin for a workspace, Qannects may require transfer, suspension, verification, dissolve, or support review before deleting or finalizing access changes.
12. Enforcement
Qannects may restrict, suspend, revoke, transfer, disable, or terminate workspace access, roles, memberships, content, payment tools, Watch access, Store preview access, messaging access, or other features if Qannects believes there is misuse, fraud, safety risk, legal risk, payment risk, policy violation, unauthorized access, or abuse of entrusted authority.
Qannects may preserve records and cooperate with payment processors, authorities, or legal processes where required or appropriate.
13. Future Store and Delivery Services
Store is currently demo, preview, or pilot posture unless Qannects explicitly launches it as a public marketplace. Delivery services are not deployed as public services at this stage.
If Qannects later launches public marketplace, seller, delivery, fulfillment, payout, driver, or commerce services, those services will need additional workspace, seller, operator, payment, payout, delivery, worker-safety, permissible-goods, dispute, refund, and access-control terms before launch.
14. Acceptance of Workspace Terms
Qannects may require workspace owners, admins, operators, creators, payment-device operators, finance users, or other role holders to review and accept workspace/admin terms before using workspace or admin features.
If these Terms are updated, Qannects may require renewed acceptance before continued use of affected workspace/admin surfaces.
Workspace/Admin acceptance is a context-specific gate for workspace/admin authority, not a substitute for global Terms and Privacy acceptance.
